The Fine Art of Public Speaking

12:00 to 1:15 pm

Embassy Suites, 300 Court Street, Charleston, WV  25301

Your palms are sweaty.  Your mouth is dry.  You’re afraid your voice will crack.  You don’t remember the opening line of your presentation.  AND, you’re terrified.

If you’ve ever faced a podium, microphone or room full of people with any of the feelings above, you may be suffering from glossophobia, the fancy word for the fear of public speaking.

Join us on Tuesday, April 14, when Jim Strawn will share the secrets of how he makes public speaking look so easy!  He’ll have tips for everyone from long-time speakers to those facing their first trip to the podium.
